This coffin bone has a pretty good sky tip going. It was remodeling to avoid pressure and to rebalance itself the best way it could. The bone alignment is starting to get better on this foot. There is better sole depth at this point. It is evident that the coffin bone is pretty well sunken. It will take longer to correct the sinking than it will to correct the rotation.

The bone alignment is getting better. The sole depth is getting better, but there is a long way to go with this foot.
There is still evidence that the foot is sunken. This will take longer to correct than ‘de-rotating’ the coffin bone.
